Mike's practice is focused on assisting clients regarding a wide range of business and commercial matters, including acquisitions and other corporate transactions, formation of new business entities, and various employment-related matters
Prior to being admitted to the bar in 2004, Mike clerked at Schmick Law Offices each summer beginning in 1996 (while still in high school) and continuing through law school.
Mike received his A.B. in Economics from The University of Michigan in 2001, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Wayne State University Law School in 2004.
Mike is a member of the
State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Washtenaw
County Bar Association.
